About RUCC
The Rajshahi University Career Club (RUCC) is a student organization established under the University of Rajshahi with the purpose of enhancing the career readiness and professional competence of university students. Guided by the motto “Brand Yourself,” the club is committed to equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary to excel in their future careers.
Vision
To develop diverse career-related skills among the members of the Rajshahi University Career Club as well as the general students of the University of Rajshahi, fostering a generation of skilled and confident professionals.
Mission
To work for the career development of the students of Rajshahi University through continuous learning, professional training, and networking opportunities.
Major Activities
The club undertakes a wide range of activities focused on student development, including:
Regular skill development sessions on English communication, computer literacy, presentation, public speaking, and other professional skills.
Career preparation programs for BCS, banking, multinational, and corporate sectors.
Workshops, seminars, and competitions related to career growth and personal development.
Providing updates on job opportunities, events, and competitions.
Encouraging members to learn new technologies and emerging skills.
Organizational Structure
RUCC functions under a structured hierarchy comprising:
A Governing Body, which includes the President, Vice Presidents, General Secretary, Joint Secretaries, and Organizing Secretaries.
An Executive Body, consisting of departmental heads responsible for Finance, HR & Development, Event Management, Communication, ICT, Branding, Research, and other key operations.
The club also has a Board of Trustees (composed of former presidents and general secretaries), an Advisory Panel consisting of university faculty and founders, and an Alumni Association that connects current members with former RUCCians

As a non-political and inclusive organization, the Rajshahi University Career Club maintains a culture of respect, professionalism, and teamwork. It strictly abides by the rules and regulations of the University of Rajshahi and the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
